The annual arts and crafts festival in Duisburg is the biggest city centre market in the whole of North Rhine-Westphalia and one of the biggest of its kind. Traders and craftspeople from near and far present their crafts and offer their wares and products.
The market stretches from the Kuhstraße all the way to the Averdunkplatz through the pedestrian zone of the city centre. Visitors walking over the market will pass by several of Duisburg's sights as for example the Life Saver, and the Forum Duisburg.
